Hustling since 2009
I’m a Brazilian Senior Art Director based in Singapore with over 10 years of experience in multiple disciplines across the design.
I’ve started my career as a Graphic Designer at in-house studios, going for digital-driven agencies such as Accenture Interactive to become an Art Director spending almost 4 years at DM9 DDB Brazil, one of the most awarded agencies in the world to finally land at VMLY&R Singapore.
In these last two years at VMLY&R Asia, I’m having the pleasure to lead global and regional creative work that has been recognized throughout awards, pitches, and publications.
Thinking is healthy, but crafting is addictive, better watch out.
By the age of 7 years old, I was selling comic strips to my classmates for 0.25 cents.
In 1999, I got my first two music albums: Californication and Enema of the State.
Around 13 years old, I’ve won the football school championship being the top scorer.
At 16 years old, I've started to write for a local newspaper about cinema.
At 19 years old, I got my first gig as a graphic designer and aired my very first print ad.
One year after, already working with Advertising, I’ve dropped a Journalism Degree in the second year.
In the meantime, I adopted a cat. Met my wife. Graduated in Marketing. Watched in the stadium my club win all titles possible.
I've spent about 3 years working in digital agencies with UI/UX for data-driven projects and interactive design.
In 2015, I've joined my first traditional agency to be the digital dude that they don't know shit about.
In 2018, I crossed the world to land in Singapore to work as a Senior Art Director.
In the year 2019, I went to the two most breathtaking cities I’ve ever been to, Tokyo and Paris.
In 2020 I let my hair grow as my mom always wished. Also won the first major global award for VMLY&R Singapore office.
In 2021 the plans are ambitious: learn how to play piano, direct a short-film, write and draw more, build a book for my photographs.
